6/27/2025 Plants at Polks

6/27/2025

Dropped off this morning -- Friday, 6-27-25 -- at Polk's Folly Farm market in Cedar Crest.
Quantities are limited. Today and tomorrow are our final days to offer summer season plants.
  • If you are looking for a great container tomato, I recommend the Manitoba (pictured below). It is a determinate variety that does great in containers and in the ground. While it may slow a bit during the hottest stretch of summer, it just keeps going and going and going so do NOT pull it out. Ours bounce back just as soon as temps even out and keep producing until the first freeze.
  • Whatever is not sold will be picked up after 4pm.
  • We will plant anything that remains unsold for the season.
  • Thank you for supporting East Mountains LOCAL FARMERS.
